| Responsibilities: | 1. Develop and study work instruction for new product and new process to ensure meet customer requirement or expectation. 2. Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems 3. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production efficiency, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. 4. Develop innovative solutions. 5. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 6. Work with wider team during new product, new customer or new technologies development. 7. Develop a cost-effective and working production process. 8. Ensure absolute adherence to all Quality system and Company Safety System requirement. 9. Ensure projects or orders are completed on time. 10. Provide support to customer and quality enquiries. 11. Be the initiator to overcome the technical issue and gather technical support from others department or outsider if necessary. 12. Be the lead to work out the DFM, FMEA, PCP, WI & PI for new product and review from time to time to ensure the effectiveness. 13. Well manage all customers¡¯ asset/property with proper storage and documented. 14. Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness. 15. Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts. 16. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 17. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 18. Maintain and responsible for 5¡¯s practices in workplace. 19. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time. |
