Laser Cutting Technician

| Responsibilities: | 1. Set up and operate laser cutting machines, ensuring proper calibration and adjustments for different materials. 2. Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary. 3. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications and tolerances; troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Perform routine maintenance on laser cutting equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance. 5. Prepare and load materials for cutting. 6. Maintain records of production, machine settings, and maintenance activities. 7. Work closely with other team members, such as engineering and project team, to meet production schedules and quality standards. 8. Assist in training new technicians on machine operation and safety protocols. 9. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 10. Ensure projects or orders are completed on time. 11. To diligently identify risks and report to HOD. Employee shall comply with all risk treatments. 12. Maintain and responsible for 5¡¯s practices in workplace. 13. Others duties assigned by superior and management from time to time. |
